CruxMS

For business owners · In use at AdventureWorks

See what your business needs from you, in one place.

Dashboards, an accounts agent and an assistant that reads your email, calendar and documents. You approve anything that goes out.

The problem

Sound familiar?

  • Invoices arrive by email and wait to be coded in the accounting system.
  • Receipts pile up until month end.
  • Your diary, your meetings and your follow-ups live in three places.
  • The numbers sit in separate systems, each owned by someone else.
  • You would like an assistant, but you want to be the one who presses send.

The solution

How it works

Intelligent Business has three parts, which grow at different speeds.

  1. Accounts agent.

It reads contractor invoices and staff receipts from a mailbox, finds the right code for each line, drafts the bill or spend entry in your accounting system and attaches the PDF. Unclear cases go to a person. A Friday reminder lists what still needs approval.

  2. Dashboards.

Decisions, statutory duties and finances in one view, with a bookkeeper's view for the person who needs only that.

  3. Assistant (in preview).

Ask a question about your email, calendar or documents and get an answer that shows its sources. Drafts wait for your one-tap approval, and replies to someone new are flagged.

In practice

A closer look: an invoice arrives

A contractor emails an invoice. The accounts agent reads it, splits the lines to the right programme codes, drafts the bill with the PDF attached and, if it is unsure, sends the question to a person. Nothing reaches your accounts until a person has confirmed it.

What it replaces

Manual invoice and receipt entry, spreadsheets of duties and decisions, and the inbox as a to-do list.

Straight answers

Will it act without asking?
The assistant proposes and never sends, deletes or shares on its own.
How do I know an answer is right?
Answers cite where they came from, and any figure that cannot be traced is removed.
Where does our data live?
Each customer has its own database and its own encryption key.

Built the CruxMS way

Make steps disappear.

The aim is fewer steps. When your systems share one record, the tasks of re-entering, chasing and reconciling go away.

People decide, software watches.

AI drafts and flags, and a person approves. The system keeps watch so you hear about the exceptions, and every action is recorded.

One engine, never forked.

Every customer runs the same current code. Improvements reach everyone together, and your set-up lives in your data.
