They teach, lead, care for people, keep others safe and keep their organisation on track. Software should help them do that, and it should feel easy while it does.
Most software asks people to do every step by hand. They open screens, click buttons, type data in, pull data out, work out what it means, make a decision, and then act on it. They need to know which screen to open and which button to press, and the software waits for them to do it.
That effort wears people down. It uses up the time, attention and energy they came to work to spend on their purpose.
CruxMS started as problems in our own work. We built the software we needed, we use it every day, and we keep improving it from the inside.

AdventureWorks, a New Zealand training provider, runs its compliance, learning, marketing and business operations on CruxMS solutions. Two full roles' worth of coordination work is gone, and several software subscriptions were cancelled outright, because the work they existed for stopped being necessary.
